This session is designed for educators who have completed an introductory restorative practices training or have a foundational understanding of restorative principles. Building on that foundation, participants will engage in deeper learning and hands-on practice with Tier 1 and Tier 2 restorative strategies.
The Restorative Practices Coordinator is responsible for building the capacity of school leadership through modeling, coaching, and supporting staff to effectively implement a continuum of restorative practices and systems to increase school connectedness and reduce the rate of suspensions and expulsions.
Please join this community learning network to collaborate and learn strategies for building healthy relationships among students and colleagues and structures that provide safe opportunities to learn and repair harm.
