Stop the Bleed & CRASE: Supporting School Safety
Monday October 19, 2026 8:00am - 10:00am EDT
Participants in Stop the Bleed training learn how to recognize life-threatening bleeding and take immediate action using direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquets to help save a life before emergency responders arrive. The training builds confidence in responding quickly during medical emergencies where every second matters.

Through CRASE (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events), participants learn practical strategies to improve their personal safety during an active violence event, including situational awareness, evacuation, lockdown, and last-resort defensive actions.

Together, these trainings empower individuals with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively during critical emergencies, potentially reducing injuries and saving lives.
